We are overjoyed to share some incredible news—the aid trucks we helped pay for and load earlier this year have finally arrived in Gaza! After months of waiting due to border restrictions between Israel and Egypt, these life-saving resources have made their way to the people who need them most.
A Journey of Compassion and Determination
Earlier this year, we worked tirelessly with our partners to organize and load 10 trucks filled with over 160 tons of non-perishable food items. These supplies included staples like rice, flour, sugar, and canned goods, all essential to sustaining families in crisis. While the trucks were packed and ready to roll, they faced an immense challenge—the border between Israel and Egypt was closed, making it impossible for the aid to cross into Gaza. This roadblock was disheartening for us and the many people counting on this assistance. Yet, we remained hopeful and steadfast in our mission.
Alhamdulillah, after a long wait, the borders opened, and the trucks were able to cross into Gaza. The food items were distributed swiftly to families in need, providing relief to thousands who have been living under extreme hardship. The successful delivery of these aid trucks is a testament to the power of persistence, teamwork, and faith.
Supporting Families Beyond Gaza
While the successful delivery of aid to Gaza marks a significant milestone, it is only part of our broader mission to support those affected by conflict and displacement. Earlier this year, we personally visited refugee families in Egypt, many of whom had fled violence and war. We were able to provide these families with financial assistance to help them meet their basic needs—food, shelter, and medical care.
In addition to meeting immediate survival needs, we also paid tuition fees for students whose parents had died in the conflict. These children have already lost so much, but ensuring they receive an education is a critical investment in their futures. We are committed to supporting them, not just with money but with the promise of a better tomorrow.
A Community Effort
This achievement would not have been possible without the collective efforts of our community. From the donors who gave generously, to the volunteers who helped load the trucks, to our partners on the ground who ensured safe delivery and distribution—this has been a truly community-driven effort. Your contributions are directly impacting the lives of those facing the most difficult challenges.
The road to recovery for the people of Gaza is long and filled with obstacles, but we remain committed to doing whatever we can to support them in their time of need. The successful delivery of these aid trucks is just one example of how, together, we can make a tangible difference.

While we celebrate this success, our work is far from over. The situation in Gaza remains dire, and countless families still need our help. We are already planning future shipments of aid and are continually working on ways to support refugees in Egypt and elsewhere who have been displaced by violence.
